Disappointed from day 1

The ac installed was faulty with improper cutouts for the temp display and remote sensor. its been more than 10 days since installation and the customer care kept.me on hold for an hour and then disconnected.  the online complaint was registered and no response whatsoever .

The worst ever experience with a purchase. even if the cooling is good.  nothing else is ok.  no proper remote sensing. display isnt visible.
