Bad customer service

We got this ac like a year ago, and after a few months wee started facing colling issues and then we called the customer service. Now when you call them most of the time no one recieves the call. And even if someone recieves its very difficult to communicate with them as they can brearly speak hindi or english. You need taleats 1 hr to call these guys up and fix an appointment with the technician. And even after coming ans fixing the problem the issue still existe and when you call them the customer service they say that I have acknowledged that the issue was fixed. As the was fixed at the spot but it was temporary. Once the technician left I started facing the issue again. So you guys can figure out why I am against this product.
