Poor customer service from Lloyd.

I bought a Llyod AC from Climate control, Bangalore on the 4th of April.  The AC was fixed on the 6th through really patheticially skilled and trained technician.  They broke my water pipeline while drilling and caused a lot of mental and monetary damages to a tune of 4 K!  The damage to walls and tiles was unbelievable. Finally the AC was installed after 2 days and then the cooling was poor.  I have tried to log into online registeration with Llyod and the site is just sic.You just cannot get on.  Finally I logged a on line service request(LEL230416347292 with KKG code 6888)which was acknowledged.  Then even after 4 days no one has turned up, whereas the sms said that within 24 hours there will be resolution.  The Number shared in case the complaint is not resolved(9980878008) does not answer.


What to do Llyod? If this is the way customer care of Llyod works, God bless them.


Planning to write to consumer forum in a weeks time.  Will keep you folks updated.
