And as I was expecting it to be it was not as expected.the worst thing about it is its noise it makes a lot of noise you cant even do some work quitely in the room. althought it it cooler it makes the room cool instantly but the noise it makes is very irritating.
I have been to the customer care but they say that they cant do anythhing it s a manufacture deffect so talking about the customer support and services it is not as good as it should be but my overall experience with the machine was not so good and not so bad also. because 28, 000 is not a big amount I am getting what I should be so it is kinda value for money but nowadays in 2018 there are many good brands so you can even go for them also.
Although this one is kinda satisfactory. on behalf of my overall experience I would like to rate it 3.5 out of 5
