Hello friends, I bought Lloyd Air Conditioner about 1 month ago to get relief from the heat in this summer season but due to its poor performance, my money just got wasted and I am very disappointed from its performance.
Service & Support: Just after 10 days of use, this AC stopped cooling and was not running properly. I reported this problem to the Lloyd Company and they told that they would fix this problem very soon, but they didn’t send anyone to fix this AC. Then I again filed my complaint and requested them to send someone to fix this AC’s problem. After 2 weeks, they send one of their men to fix this AC. I was very disappointed with this kind of service from Lloyd.
Cooling & Sound: It is not very loud and its noise is quite bearable and it could be ignored, but it is not efficient in cooling. It would take lots of time to cool just one room. It is not power efficient too so it also consumes a huge amount of electricity.
Reliability & Satisfaction: I have been using this AC for one month and I had to say that this AC is not reliable at all. It is very poor in its performance and requires very frequent maintenance. I am highly disguised from the performance of this AC and I’m very unsatisfied with this AC.
Value for Money: It is not good in power saving and also not good in performance so I think I have just wasted my money in buying this AC and I am feeling being cheated by this AC. I am very frustrated and angry with its performance.
I would highly recommend everyone not to buy this AC.
