Purchased 2 split ACs. One not working from the day installed. Maintenance staff come & go. written in the complaint book. Spoke to the area head. Says, it is the dealer’s fault & talk to the dealer. The dealer unique enterprise, Chandigarh does not listen. Says, go to the company.
Don’t know where to go. I have burnt my money by investing in Llyod. If anybody from the top management of the company is listening, please resolve the problem to maintain the reputation of the company
