I purchased two Lloyd split AC ion the year 2015, with three year extended guaranty and free service. Only once I got free service. one of my AC start giving trouble of low cooling from, the first year. because of no service from the Lloyd service person, I have to go for private service and gas refilling.
This year, on my repeated complaint to customer care number, they had send an engineer to check my AC. The engineer told me the that the coil of the internal unit is damaged and it need replacement. I had given him 2000 IR in advance for that. even after 10 days I could not get my AC repaired. "A Very Bad Experience" from the beginning.
Very poor service. I purchased my AC and within a year it start giving trouble( gas leakage).
very difficult to get customer care number. no response even with repeated complaint.
I will never suggest any one to purchase Lloyd AC
