I have used this ac, it is a good brand ac and I was happy to buy it, it was working fine but after 4-5 months the cooling efficiency of the ac became poor . It was taking too much tine to cool the room also sound problem started along with decrease in cooling power . It is not a reliable product and does not satisfies tge requirement. The price of the ac is also very high, there are many ac of other brand with low prices than this. The service and support facility is good.
