Faced a very bad experience

I bought it on 22nd february 2016 from MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR for my parents, they live in our village. In the month of July it has got some problem, it’s blue light inside the machine in the corner which is the sign of running condition of machine stops by its own and stopped the movement of drum, but the machine was ON. At that time I was there, switched off the power button and restart the machine. Now blue light was on and the machine was working smoothly. But, that problem doesn’t resolved completely. Same problem repeated day by day, then I called LLOYD CUSTOMER CARE on 1st of AUGUST and the customer care representative told me our technician will contact you within 24 hours and I got 3 SMS on my cell phone. I am sharing here 2 of them. The first one was Dear Customer Your Service Request LEEL010816721561 For WASHING MACHINE    NOT WORKING is Registered. Pl. Call Our Local Sevice Provider at 9334384700, If Call Not Attended Within 24 Working Hrs. And the 2nd one is Dear Customer Your Unique KKG Code for Service Request ID LEEL010816721561 is * Share KKG Code to Technician Only After Satisfactory Completion of Your Service Request. Here, I have not shared the code.


Technician came to my village and after examining the machine he noted down the date of purchase of machine and told me that it is having some issue in it’s relay system, I am sending replacement request for relay system to the company, when I get the new one I will come and replace it. Since then it’s more than a month but till now no one came to replace that. My parents are facing a lot of problem.
