Worst Service Lloyd

Following mail was sent to Lloyd again and again but no action was taken.


Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing to inform you about the faulty Air Conditioner that I have purchased in your store. I am Ishu B., I am a regular customer of your company. Around May end, I bought a brand new 1.5 Ton SLEEKSTAR A.C. However, upon one month of using it, problems started to appear. The cooling of the A.C wasn’t appropriate.  I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.


Naturally, I complaint about the A.C in your store to be replaced with a new one. One of your sales staff told me that they will send the service guy to my home address within one week. However, the guys (Salman & Robin) arrived in around three weeks. Later on when they arrive they said that they are not sure with the problem and was asking with the local mechanic to solve the issue. Later they said your unit will be replaced within a week but again they take more than two weeks for visiting again. And they just said we will refill the gas. At that time A.C starts working properly, but problem start to appear again in few days.


Upon contacting again they are saying that they can’t do anything and I should contact the higher management for the product. I am very upset for your poor service.


In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment if the replacement will not arrive within one more week.
