"Never Ever" buy products from this company.
Firstly they provide very poor service after buying product, Infact they don’t have any skilled labours. They don’t even know the fault and how to fix ODU . They don’t provide a valid bill for purchase of PCB and compressor. Additionally the service guy came and inserted the ’used’ PCB in and even after fixing that the ODU was making sound and blaming our fabrication had a problem. Also their service staff don’t pick up calls and keep on delaying. Also we lodged the complainant about 30 days and still our problem isn’t fixed. Genuinely I was frustrated and very disappointed with this kind of behaviour. If theh can’t provide a service needed also after paying a huge amount consequently, I think they should shut down their company.
