I have ordered 3 times from this site and each time, they have got the order wrong - they collect the order and the monies but fail to deliver a few goods from among the large quantity ordered, hoping you will not notice. In the last experience, 2 days before Diwali, they failed to deliver almost Rs. 700 worth of goods.
When brought to their notice, they came up with one excuse after the other, including how the brand was not in stock( then why was it up on the website?), including hard luck stories such as their staff had gone on strike, that how every single person including the CEO was delivering goods and therefore mistakes were bound to happen etc. But not one apology was forthcoming.
After repeatedly asking for a refund of the goods that were undelivered, no money has been credited back. Unlike your local banya who is far more accountable, this Local Banya is a shame.
