I had ordered for Anti Roach Gel which is priced at Rs.125. But when I saw the package the actual price mentioned was Rs.99 as a introductory offer. Also on cabbage, the actual price mentioned on tag was 10rs but local baniya charged me 26rs for same. When I informed same to local baniya help desk they immediately accepted their mistake and said that Rs.39 has been credited to my local baniya account.
Now what sense does that make. For getting my Rs 39 back I’ve to shop for Rs.500 from their website. So they charge customers more and then give a refund as part of credit points so that you end up shopping on their website again. Sorry no more local baniya for me.
Please keep the change I do not want my money back. It’s not about the amount but it’s about their un-professionalism that despite of their billing errors they are making me shop more to get my money back.
I’ll never suggest this site to anyone.
