Finally Somebody has taken the right step of telling the truth. I doubt this company is even registered, this company takes marks cards from freshers and enters into an agreement stating the joinee must serve a notice period of 90 days and black mails at the stage of leaving for Rs. 50, 000. I have been seeing people who have left the company and still have not received there marks cards also I have seen a candidate who has pledged his laptop as he was not able to pay the demanded Rs. 50000. Poor people. Isn’t there somebody who can stop this kind of betrayals and cheating in this independent country.There are consultants who have been sent to client locations with fake experience.
The HR manager does not know basic addition and Subtraction, proper sentence formation, basic HR policies huh.
I warn all the Freshers, don’t ever pledge your marks cards or give it to their custody, I have seen people who have left the company and even now their marks cards are left their.The HR manager has serious problem to give the marks cards even if the Manager does not mind sometimes.
Of course that’s true that they are not Gold certified partners of Microsoft.
