Recently When I was about to take possession of my purchased Flat in Vivant A wing at 26 floor., I noticed Lodha has done good job except one poor quality work.
They have installed a substandard and discolor tiles underneath Kitchen bench top. Hence I have not taken the possession. I have requested then to change the tiles but Lodha team said they have put same times in the entire flats of the building, hence will not change. I have determined not to accept the discolor tiles.
I wonder how Lodha such a great and reputable company can deliver this kind poor quality in the flat. If anyone has the same experience, please join with me, I will raise my voice through Media and consumer forum and I want my voice to reach to CEO of Lodha so that he should know whats happening in his business.
