I have utilized this headset for a month. I might simply want to say that I have the g502 mouse, and it is apparently the best mouse I have ever utilized, so this is not an issue with Logitech actually.
Issues I have with this headset:
Continually detaches and tries to reconnect when turned on for the first time in the day.
The sidetone level gets reset each and every time it disconnects.
Will occasionally detach in the middle of busy playing.
I can just make it to work when I close the Logitech Gaming Software process which makes you lose a ton of usefulness, similar to the custom keys and sidetone. This is something that I never expected from a reputed brand as Logitech is and I would insist my friends to go for an alternative headset for a better gaming experience
