Logix Packers and Movers

I contacted this company for moving my stuff from Delhi to Kolkata.

1. They are a fraud company and use other companies( AVM Home Cargo) bills and receipts fraudulently.

   
   




2. They did not send my stuff for about a month and kept delaying and lying every now and then. A guy named GOVIND KUMAR was handling initially, then he started changing his name to Amit then Rahul etc. After a lot of phone calls, threatening etc. they courier( mind it not cargo) some of my stuff through some other vendor.

   
   




3. I still did not receive all my stuff, some of them are missing or they might have sold them off. I tried calling them, they stopped picking up my phone.

   
   




4. They took huge money from me for transport, insurance etc. They took the whole money and paid only 1/4th of the money to the third vendor and send the stuff "at owners risk". No insurance done.

   
   




5. MOST Importantly, they use AVM Home Cargos bill and reciept. When I contacted the phone number on the bill, they simply said this company is a fraud and using their name fraudulently.

   
   




6. Finally, I called them and threatened them with police complaint, A guy named Rudra says . " Please do that. you know my name right . my name is Rudra".

   
   

Now I am suing them in court. If you do not want to go through this mental pain, please be careful of this and many such other spurious so called companies that exist or claimed to exit in Mahipalpur, Delhi area.
