I bought TVS Ntorq from Logtech TVS in PMG. I bought three scooters including Ntorq from this place and I experienced the worst when my Ntorqs battery started failing after 2 weeks of buying the scooter.
I lived 16 km away from this service center and I bought Ntorq for my daily commute to work. There were only buses to my place of work and thats the reason why I bought this scooter. But when I started facing issues I told them during the first free service. They said they checked it. But issues started happening again. When they called for feedback, I told them that the issue is not resolved. They asked me to bring the scooter back. But if I do that, I would show up late to work, and my company wont tolerate it.
So I waited till the second free service. I told them again about the issue. This time also they said that the issue is fixed and the issues started happening from the second day. This went on for the third and the fourth free service too. Every time I was asked to bring back the scooter again and again. I told them that it is not possible since I needed it to go to work. Also, the purpose of a service is to fix the issue and return the vehicle not making the customer walk multiple times.
When I took for a paid service, I explained the battery issue again and I got a call from them saying that the battery cannot be fixed and needs replacement. They werent able to find the issue for 1 year of four free services, but when the free service period got over, they found that the battery needed replacement. I am not a fool to not understand that they are trying to cheat me.
I talked to the service center manager about this. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. He didnt allow me to talk and was shouting at me and my father. I asked him to check the records to free services. They mentioned the battery issue I told them for every free service. He was not willing to do that. He called me and my father a liar. I asked him multiple times to check the records to prove that we had told the service center about the battery issue. He was not willing to nor was he polite.
Since Ntorq was a newly released scooter, I got a call from TVS for feedback about the scooter. I told them that I am facing battery issues, the person who talked to me said that Logtech will be notified about this and I will get a call. I got nothing. No one contacted me about this. I travel 25kms every day for work and I needed the scooter. I didnt have time to go fight them for the horrible customer service and vehicle service.
Now I spent 1200 rupees from my own pocket and bought a new battery. If you have any sort of customer-centricity, compensate me for the horrible experience. You can check the records of my free service and the call I got from TVS for feedback. There is proof that I have notified everyone about the battery issue every time I got a call or took my vehicle for service.
I will never buy any TVS vehicles again. I still have three TVS scooters at my house right now, and I am trying to get rid of them. I will spread this news of the horrible experience I had with TVS. Everyone should know about this.
Edit 1: I got a call from the same service manager who talked to me and my father unprofessionally. He started arguing with me without allowing me to explain the issue. I will keep updating you about how this proceeds.
Edit 2: It has been 4 days and no response from TVS after the last call. I sent multiple emails explaining again and again. I consulted another service center on this issue, and they understood exactly what I was telling. They said the issue may or may not be with the battery but with other components connected to it also. I explained the issue to Logtech TVS for one year and they were not able to find it. Still waiting for a response from them.
Edit 3: There is no response from Logtech or TVS despite sending multiple emails. Do not believe the response you get here asking to contact them. You will get one call from the service manager who shouts at you and then no response from them or TVS.
