With promise of **corruption free governance** and **people empowerment**, Lok satta party stormed into the election scenario of Andhra pradesh. **Dr.Jayaprakash Narayan**, Lok Satta Party President, has been a popular leader in AP through his speeches for corruption free governance and rights of people. Andhra pradesh elections entails, routinely, grandiose money expenditure, liquor distribution and impractical promises to woo voters.
Nonethless, guided by sensible leadership, Lok satta raised fresh hopes among the educated of Andhra pradesh when it ridiculed that parties are vying with each other to make people beggars by offering various sops such as free color tvs and cash transfer schemes but not trying to uplift their status by themselves by providing free education and jobs.

Ignored by local media. Local media hardly covers lok satta leaders, except Dr.jayaprakash. Even foreign media like wsj and nytimes are hoping for the best.
