I bought 4 t-shirts(in fresh stock) from Pepe Jeans store at Elante Mall, Chandigarh . The quality of the t-shirts is far below then what the brand Pepe Jeans promises to be .After only 2 months the color of both the t-shirts has faded substantially .To add to the low quality even the logo is on the verge off getting detached. I am trying to get my t-shirts replaced for last 4 months but in vain, I have given these t-shirts back at your Elante store and till date haven’t got any fruitful results.
The Customer service and quality of the product is very poor. If the same quality and attitude of employees persists then it won’t be long before the brand image gets tarnished.
