An eye-piece to the world for the one on the couch

While most of other Channels are, at that time, doing nothing but contributing to building up our muscle on the right thumb by making us switch over from one ’digit’ to the other as a chimp in the jungle does, this is one programme which, if is a bit of Magellan or Vasco da Gama in the hearts of Hearts, will steal away his ’right’ to deviate from the channel that harbors it.The programme is pivoted on the host, who is a traveller, and his unique experiences while ’hitch-hiking’ along and across the latitudes and longitudes of the globe, unaware of what he will land up next into. The host, Ian Wright, is very amiable, amicable and has a real slap-stick sense of humour, which is vibrant enough to penetrate through the filter of language, even if a Hindi translation of the original version is what you are coming across. The geographical relief and the spectrum of varying climatological conditions, hinged on the backdrop of the rich diversity in the cultural fabric and customs of the destination of the host and his multifarious reactions to this is what tends to squeeze out the relishing taste of this programme and it is all for the viewer to savour. It presents a database for one to acknowledge, notice and appreciate how beautifully God has endowed His people with and with what color, fragrance and flavor.
