Never go to this hotel, they are cheaters, We booked the hotel before before visiting Goa, We made full payment at the time of booking, they promised thst they will provide us with sea view room, but when we reached the hotel at night they said the sea view rooms are having guest now we will shift you inthe morning when the guest will check out, when in the morning when we approached them, they said the rooms are not available now, the receptionist sandra directly asked us to pay her 1000 Rs she will provide us room, when didnot pay she started misbehaving with us, after that we syayed for three days, she hasn’t provided us the sea view room, instead daily in front of she is openly approaching the foreiners with more money and providing the room, so shameless they are, no staff is telling anything to her, may be they all are having share on that.
The food is also very bad, room services are the worst we have ever seen, they never comes calling three times, they will attend only if you them in every visit.they are only loyal to the foreigners as they charge more money with bribe from them
All our trip was ruined by this hotel. Never ever check in this hotel.If any one read this view please convey every of your freinds and relatives
