Dear friends. you buy things here for home usage like Grinder with the home that it give you service for two years. So now even a few hundred rupees grinder working fine. I got the 750watts grinder and it started burning on same first time. I contacted Longway. as usual as scammer do. This cheaters too, ask me what is the issue. check everything and now saying, we cannot do service for new grinder even do it is in warranty. And disconnecting calls. When warned saying that I need to send back that grinder to their store in New Delhi. So I am from second largest IT hub, metro city. this is the condition. Imagine how this fraud is Longway company cheating others. I checked few other and find any longway product will not last. at least you will have something or other issues after sometime. So simply LET us ban this. I am writing this review after contacting them six times since a month and after sending them several complaints. WHY to spend money. just go local shop but, any or buy something that help customers
