They sell products of international brands with no proper process in place. Nobody knows the process and taking loong time. Many products are shipped from UK which requires customs clearance which you need to take care of yourself as they don’t take any responsibility. It takes more than a month with no proof(invoice) of order placed still there is no progress. There is virtually no support, no phone number or email. Only way to raise issue via their web site they will take their own time to respond. Usually it takes 24/48 hours most of the time more than 2 days. I recommend not to buy anything.
