I bought a dining table set and a sofa from Looking Good Furniture about 3 yrs back. Since I have kids at home, the ware and tear on the furniture has been heavy. I sent an email to Looking Good Furniture regarding some stitches coming out in the sofa and also about one dining set chair problem.
I didnt expect much but was really pleasantly surprised that I got a reply to my email on the same day asking for some details and address.
Within 24 hours from then, a person came and set right the stitches and also a craftsman came and set right the joint on the chair and I was not even charged for it.

Its nice to have someone to react this way. It made me really happy and strongly recommend their furniture.
