Purchased a wooden sofa in the month of August 2021.
(3+1+1) saffire sofa at Looking good furniture, whitefield.
Had a worst delivery response right from the day of the delivery. Quality of the cushions delivered were very sub standard. The cushion doesn’t fit the sofa properly.
The cushion cut is a crappy piece of work done. And the fabric has lot of wrinkles. The stitch alignment is not proper at all. In spite of repeated follow ups, cushions were not replaced.
"sir, machines can’t cut the cushions for this dimensions" is the new story by showroom person.
A very disappointing experience with Looking good, whitefield.
Sofa looks pathetic, the name of "Looking Good furniture" is a paradox.
There was a minor scratch on the sofa during transportation, they didn’t send a person for a touch up till now.
