Hi . I had bought a imported sofa for 68000 from koramangala branch as it is walkable distance from my house. I just felt cheated when I saw the same sofa in there BTM LAYOUT branch . and they said that the sofa is indian.
Now the thing is the handle has a crack and now it makes sound when u sit on it and the cloth is peeling off.
Complaint was made and a guy name by arshad came after few days. and he was telling that the sofa was from his factory and was sold to looking goof people for just 24000/-. it just screwed my mind they also charged me a vat around 4000/- and did’nt even gave the bill for that. arshad was quite a nice guy he handled the matter properly and gave me his mobile no. I referred his no to too many people and they all are happy to save there lot of money.
