I have been a customer for Looking Good since I moved into bangalore in 2005. That time they did the furniture for my entire house which till today is in good shape.
I purchased an apartment in Prestige shantiniketan and finalized a tenant on 02/06/11. The tenant gave a dead line of 15th June for all the furniture to be in place. Just to get an idea, I went to 4-5 furniture shops in marthalli, but no one was willing to delivery before the 14th and I was really surprised that furniture has become so expensive now.
Then I decided to go back to Looking Good who has been tried and tested. When I went there, the owner/manager happened to recognize me which made me feel good. In addition I expressed my problem to him and his reply was "sir, we are here for you, select what you want and we will work overtime to take care of you" It was so nice to get so much of positivity.
I selected a sofa model name’Baxter’, dining model name’handicraft’ and 3 Nos cots model name’fendi’. Also matching wardrobe and dressing tables. Also the prices were much lesser than the other showroom that I had been to. One thing for sure is that, nothing was ready when I placed the order. I was absolutely amazed when all the delivery came yesterday. I personally called the owner and thanked him and learnt that he had to work till late in the night to reach my deadline. I really want to congratulate the looking good furniture team on their efforts.
One thing for sure is next time I will not waste any time looking at other showroom. I also recommend them to all, as I think that they have really done something special for me.
