Crap!! dont ever go to Looking Good to buy furniture. I had bought a teak wood living room furniture set. The arm rest came off in 2 months and the wood started peeling. When I complained , they made us run around to their store for 6 months to deliver the repaired chair.
They gave all possible excuses and we caught them lying that the chair is in factory but it was not even moved an inch from their store. LIARS!! They did not even allow us to exchange it for better furniture in their store although we were ready to pay if required. After lot of running around they just used metal polish and said they have got a new peice from the factory. LIARS!!!
My husband could easily figure out it’s metal polish as it was peeling again. They did not replace the defective furniture. Customer service was pathetic. They are a bunhc of liars sitting in the Banashankari Store and fooling customers. NEVER EVER buy from Looking Good. it only looks good for a month or so , it doesnt last. DONT get CHEATED.
