I first bought furniture from Looking Good when the had a store on Main Com Street, I guess that was like 9 years back . That showroom is not there anymore but I see a lot of Looking Goods in every nook n corner of the city. Residing in Defence Colony, my purchase has been limited to their outlets in Koromangala and Dickinson Road. Most of the furniture at my home is from these two places.
Most of the furniture at my home is from them. I don’t want to get into the details of what I have bought but my review is more on basic sales and after sales experience I have had with them.
Coming to Sales... Their sales staff are very courteous. You are always attended to once you enter the showroom. They are also well informed and guide you pretty effectively. What I like is they are pretty straight forward when it come to giving information regarding the life of a product. And in most cases I have realized that information given is true. I also like the fact that they are open to customization . I have had my bar unit and sofa set customized based on furniture catalogs which I got when I was traveling abroad. Looking good were the only one who agreed to customize it based on my requirement.
Regarding After Sales.... Most of the products ordered have been delivered on time in good condition. There have been one instance when I was not happy with the shoe rack finish. the polish was all over the place. But I was happy, that the same was taken back and returned after necessary rectifications. I also would like to mention that I had purchased a sofa many years back and the fabric had wont our. When I asked for reupholstry to be done, the same was done pretty quick and the charges were pretty nominal. I also would like to mention that I have gotten small things done, like stitches on the sofa and polish touch ups and in most cases its been done without really being charged. Maybe thats the benefit of being a regular customer :).
I also have been reading a few negative reviews about looking good. All I can advise to you is to contact the managers or the owners of the store. They are very easily reachable and from my experience they will do everything they can to sort our any issues you might have. If you need any details, please message me. I have have them sent to you.
