I have ordered luminous nxg1100 on 12 may, now it’s 21, I have not recieved the product .Requested loom solar customer support to provide courier detail, no response to several mails and calls.3 day promised delivery is show, they will not keep the, bad review in their website.this is the worst online seller, Amazon’s is far better.I purchased luminous shine2420 which stopped working now.Customers please don’t go with what the company say, buy from other store
