Hello guyz, I would like to share my experience with all of you. I am loop customer number 9664712698. loop has offered me a free sim card in the month of june2013 by saying that you can give this gift to anybody for Diwali and you are our lucky customer. After that I went to native place I used one of my old card and when reurned from village I got a huge bill of rs. 1500/- I paid that bill second bill has come with rs.2000/- that is also paid. In the third bill they have mentioned my new mob. no. bill for that they have charged me rs.2061/-, My querry with them that I have not used their new sim then why sould I pay the amount. They have disconnected my old number for this reason. I am going to give complaint in the consumer court.their customer executive is also very rude.worst services.
