Loop is not popular mobile operater. The service peovide by them is very poor. Call rates are too costly. On mobile there call service is not good as other operaters. It need lots of changes in their schemes because they have not any good plan or offers for customers to get attention.
In rural areas there is lot of network problems. Signals are very low in rural areas so this is not useful for rural people.
Data plans are not effective they provide very much costly service. Network speed is not good. In 3G range you will get 2G speed.
Customer service is good but not very much. They are not pay full attention to the customers
