I am currently a user of BPL mobile in PUNE and they have recently extended their happy hours offer till june. FREE incoming calls from any place and free outgoing calls to any BPL mobile. this offer is great ... I actually taught a 20 pages chapter of SYStem programming to my friend on the cell during free hours.. it was such a relief to see the balance hours as same. Its counterpart in pune i.e AT&T has a better offer which has free outgoing to any mobile ...but it will get over in february... so mobile users will probably go in for this safe offer till june untill AT&T comes up with something better
