Customer Ignorance

Today 25 Mar 13, my internet subscription was finished. So I visited the Loop Mobile gallery, Tank Road, Bhandup West Mumbai 400078. For recharge there was que I waited for my turn. The Guy I was courteous enough to say hi, I gave my number he said the recharge has been done you will receive a message I paid and went to the Technical Guy Mastan to check whether my internet settings are proper, he was busy chatting with other person I waited then I said excuse me will you check my internet settings are proper the guy didnt acknowledge or nod that yes please wait for sometime nothing at all.


I waited next for 7minutes and then I was leaving, the CSA Mastan didnt even bother to ask sir please wait or anyting so I left from gallery and reached home.  For next 25minutes I was waiting for the message it didnt turn up. I went again to Loop Gallery its 20 minutes walk from my house. I went and said I have not received a message yet he the cashier said I will check you should receive a message already forwarded. I said its not receive will you check again he checked again and the transaction was failed the recharge was not done. Then he again tried and no courtesy to say sorry or anything and the Technical agent Mastan didnt even ask me sir you were asking something then shall I help you then.  In the whole process I wasted my 1 hour.
