BPL ''believe in defrauding''.

As BPL says “Believe in the best”


Ok, I agree but at least do something best to believe.


In the beginning people were crazy after cell phones I remember I had a prepaid card, one of my friends suggested me to take the BPL billing card. I was bit confused but finally decided to go for it.


Finally I paid 3600 deposit and got my card, oh I was so happy, but when I got my first bill I was really shocked, it was 2400 and I had not even used that much. So my friend and me went to the BPL gallery Santacruz, the babes over there were in their own world discussing about their romantic dinner and were least bother to even ask us to sit.


And after 10 minutes when they were free from their personal discussions, one of them (with not even a smile on her face) asked us how could she help us, and we were like, Ya we are here for the excess bill for so and so number. And after taking a glance of the bill she took the bill to someone else than it went some where else and it took 15 minutes more, and one of the executive came to us to explain about the excess bill. (Like so and so are the activation charges blah -blah)


At last we got the credit of 500 Rs. (Oh what luck) but it was added to my next month’s bill. I had no option left. After that I decided to go for Value 499 (9 to 9, and two numbers free) scheme they told me it will take a week. I called them to confirm if the scheme was activated on my number, they confidently told me that it was already been activated.


So this time I was not worried about my excess bill. But to my surprise they had charged me for those two free numbers and after 9 facility, at the same time I went to the BPL gallery and told them that I had already confirmed about the scheme activation on the phone. And they pretended as if none of them had spoken to me about the activation. Besides that they had even added for the “Rome free” facility which I had never asked for.


They say “Your call is Important please wait”, whenever we call their customer service, but they keep you on hold for nearly 15 to 20 minutes.


It’s better to pay 75 Rs. For Itemized bill rather than paying it for extra 500. (If those who want to continue with BPL) Other wise they can fraud you to any extent.


Finally I deactivated the card with no refund.
