Yo Guys Im here to talk about our GR8 BPL !-Belive in the Best ! Oh yea belive in the best for giving the worst thats the complete version of bpl.
Well some years back Bpl used to rule the gsm proovider list and why couldnt it they were the best at that now... but now I shoulsd say that they are the worst. I would rate ’’TRUMP’’ of MTNL more than ’’BPL’’ as of today July the 13th 2003.
They are loooting the people man ..>Rs.324 we pay and we get a talk time of Rs.150 only ! Also no prevelages and plus they cut Rs.1.5 Per SMS.
Well, talking about SMS there is 1 thing I really really I like about BPL network...even after our expiring of the card on the expiry date we cannot make or receive calls but surely we can Send as Well as Receive SMS for the next 3 months as long as we have some balance in our cards. Thats really nice and its good as no other provider provides this facility.
Well just 2 weeks back they started with the GPS . thats also good but again they did it after orange started it ! they were not 1st at it even after being in the market more than their rivals.
Their network is very very very very very weak. Going to a shopping complex to a office complex the network almost dies off and in certain regions is almost dead !
Still they have cracking noise in their network also not to mention the voice delay , voice echo and the self voice reflection when we ourselves somnetimes hear our own voice with a delay.
Its high time BPL should start improving their services...they dont even provide wap and gprs on prepaid whereas their rivals orange do provide !
I have noticed more rush in orange stores than BPL centers ! this is all due to lack of management and lack of understanding that todays people need maximum quality and maximum oremium serivces at the best prices.
Common BPL I think u can improve ur services !
Have u people seen the network of trump !the only thing people dont like is the name of MTNL tag behind it ! ppl belive me try speaking from a trump prepaid to a orange or a land line its fast with absolute no disturbance only thing these people dont have is roaming and ofcourse lack of customers...but they offer exclusive high talktimes !
There is no review section on the trump or I could write on it also..may be sometime laterz.
Thats all my views on the BPL service <experince in using BPL - 2years and 6 months now switched to orange and trump >
