Poor service & network

Dont get fancied by the word believe in the best.i have been using bpl service from last couple of years.they had excellent service before but now ohhhh la laaaa.the are getting bad to worst.network is a perpetual problem. when ever we call up network busy network busy and finally when u get through it says ur call is important and then we hang on the phone for atleast minimum to minimum 20minutes.when the operator is on the line and when we complaint about network she says sir we are up grading our systems.i have been hearing this from years.but same network problem.i use to have sms problems.i use to recieve sms after 4hrs, 7hrs and also after a day or so.the reply I use to get for it war , sir some problem with sms transmission or sir kindly go to the gallery or sir there might be a problem with ur handset.i am still using the same handset no problem with my handset.for whatever reson we go it chargeable for instance old sim cards have an capacity for either 1 or 5 messages.new cards have a 10 message capicity.so if we want a 10 message capicity you have to pay rs250 for it.


i still dont understand how their systems deduct money on a prepaid card.it always fluctitates.


for a prepaid card two days prior u get notice when ever u make a call.please recharge ur card before................


i mean its irretating whenever u make a call uyou have to wait and hear the entire thing before u get connected.


they really need to improve their network systems and services.there are many other things besides this but network and customer services more important.
