BPL Mobile must be the worst service provider in Mumbai. I went for BPL Mobile(biggest mistake) solely because in Rs. 199 per month, I was getting 200 minutes free and 100 SMS free under corporate scheme. Best scheme compared to the ones offered by Hutch and Airtel.
From the day I got the new BPL SIM, there was echo and call quality was also poor. First I thought, it could be by cell phone, but after putting Airrtel SIM, call quality is awesome. I called mobile assist and was told that, it coulb be the SIM card.
I visited BPL gallery in Thane 3 times, only to be told every time that they are out of SIM cards. Luckily on 21st August, I was told that SIM is available but I have to pay Rs. 100 for replacement.
I am really upset with BPL Gallery in Thane.
I am repenting to be BPL customer.
Please do not take BPL Mobile in Mumbai.
