My sim card suddenly stopped working. I went to Loop Mobile Gallery on Dr. D.N. Road, fort. They told to come one day after another citing various reasons. Finally on 5th day, the sim was still not working, one Customer Support told us if you dont want the services, then simply break the card and destroy it.
The point is they should have handled the matter on the very first day itself, so 4-5 days would not be simply wasted.
So tough customer support.
I had to go for another service provider.
