I have got transferred to mumbai, was knowing BPL is the oldest mobile service provider in mumbai. I thought lets try it. The blunder I did, I have not checked the review at this site. Otherwise I could not have even thought of it.


My office is in MIDC, on main road only Andheri East. Call drops, or weak network is 24x7. shayad isi ko inhone loop ka naam diya hai! Also, I stay in a very posh locality in Kandivali East, Lokhandwala Town ship. At home, I dont have network. I have complained about this to the head customer service also. Koi fariyaad nahi sunta. The person assured, some one will visit you. No one turned back since last 4 months, I am still waiting.


I have activated GPRS, which is useless as there is hardly any connection anywhere! I never requested for Missed call alert. they activated this.


Following are the reason why I want to get rid of this:


-CCE dont listen to what customer is complaining.


-always repeats "sorry for the incovenience caused sir, we aplogise" and keep repeating the same story


-poor net work connectivity even within city limit


-voice drop down often.


-they care damn abt customer and they speak to customer as if its just fun listening to their complaints.


-there is no higher official nos u can reach and escalate your complaints


-you are not allowed to speak to the cust care executve manager and only another similar level grade executive will speak to you if you insist to speak to the team lead. they will speak like manager or team lead.


-dont know what the technical team does and no contacts for them.


Mujhe koi BPL se bachao.
