My name is Manjunath Rao on 15th july I had a call from some Loop mobile telemarketing person about the new JODI PLAN, I had told them that if you give me the regular number I am using 9821502578(post paid number) as the 2nd number with a new number I am ready to take it, the person told ok I will make it and the other day along with the required documents I gave the cheque in the name of FIRST DIAL SERVICES of 500 rs
here starts the ride with loop telemarketing person
After 2 -3 days I called them to ask about it, they told its on process, then again the next day I called them they told me that it is not possible as yours is a billing number and if you convert it to prepaid it will be done, so I said its ok I will go to the gallery and do so, on the day as I was at the gallery, I called them this time there was a women asked me, who told you about it the person who told you MR SHYAAM is new and don’t know anything about it, she told me don’t convert it I will make it without converting it to prepaid, I will let you know within 2 days, she didn’t call me back I called her again after 3 days on the same number ie 9870811669.this time there was other person Rajiv that person told me I will look in to it and let you know, after that I called out many times every time I had a response he is busy will call you back within 10 minutes, this was the response for the next 6 days. After that I lost my temper and spoke to some one I don’t know his name the very naxt day that was 30th of july I got a mail with 2 sim but without my regular number both the number was new ie 9870006384 & 9821277527 , I just returned both the sim with a written letter to give one new number and convert my regular number 9821502578 to the JODI PLAN or just refund my money paid back with the person who had brought it,
I had no call back for about a week about it so I went to the loop gallery at mulund there the representive person called the agency some WACKNOTECH. I was given anumber of MR BHIM ie 9870212137who they told was the incharge I called him he told me that he will reply and will call me the next day, he too did not call me for the next 3 days I called him back first he was not picking my call then after lot of try he picked up and he gave me other number of a lady saying your order has been taken by these person then again I called her she gave me other number of MR SIRAJ 9619393793 & 9821467863, I called him he told me I will see to it refund the money back & he will call me as soon as possible, he too did the same he did not call me for about a week I AS A FOOL CALLED HIM EVERY DAY FOR 4 DAYS THEN he picked up the call saying I was on leave and will forward your refund the very next day, AGAIN AFTER A WEEK I CALLED HIM, sorry I will send someone from my office and do it hand delivery, as I was about to go out of Bombay I told him please do it, I waited for more 3 days BUT IN VAIN .
I WAS JUST LOOSING MY PATIENCE AND STOPPED CALLING HIM, .
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND,
