Recently 3 months back I took my first handset & I opted for BPL mots prepaid. I would like to list the advantages & disadvantages :
Advantages : 1. Good service, lesser traffic jams, as compared to Idea cellular it’s good.
Adequate Network distribution.
Additional services provided like : SMS fun zone.
Biggest point I would like to tell is : It leader in launching new schemes, which forces other competitors also to provide that service be it start of prepaid service-mots, happy hours scheme, reducing A/T charges, choise of pulse rate 30/60 scheme (Increasing SMS charges also!!)
Disadvantages are:
The Network needs to be spread more.
Believe it or not but I have found fault in billing 2 times, when I was charged 3 & 10 Rs. extra than actual.
Well all in all it’s good service, but definitely not best.
