I hold a Bpl mobile postpaid sim card for the past 11 years. and belive me, the only reason for the card is that the number is with most of my contacts otherwise I would have dumped it long back. I really dont understand why BPL even has a license to operate the Mobile servce when they don t know the meaning of service.
BPL in sales fields is known asBecho Phir Latko company now I think they need to have another name KPL -Kharido Phir Latko. They have the most un-empowered customer service, who seemed to have been hired for only one thing, their rudeness and low IQs.
I had my sim card recently stolen and misused, the guys at customer care were most un-co-operative. they only agreed to suspend my card after I started recording the conversation. Even than it took 4-6 Hrs for disconnection though I was told within the hour. Later I had asked for an itemised bill of the same which the CS girl promised within 2 hrs at 12.30 but I had not recd the same till 4.00 pm, when I again called the CS guy said that the bill had been sent to my emailid at 1.34 pm but may have been held up due to some problem and I should recieve the same within 8 hrs. agin I had not received the same till 8.30 am. when I again called up the CS guy now gives me a new line saying the the bill has not been dispatched at all as my email id registration was new and takes 24 working hrs i.e. 3 working days and saturday and sundays are not counted.
IS THIS MOBILE SERVICE OR MOBILE HELL!
These guys need to be penalised for below par service . sorry not below par. the worst service but then I think the Essar guys are using the company to write off thier losses and just doing some charity at the same time by feeding these CS / Operation guys.
TRAI / DOT seems top be sleeping on the job by allowing such a idiotic / pathetic service to be operational. If I had my way I would have long back sent the BPL company as a whole packing into oblivion.but then as we all know in INDIA u can get away with murder if u have Money.or as they say MOney hai toh Honey Hai.
