How was the Lord Of The Rings was really created?
The one and only simple answer that I can think of is: A Magnificent Author who, I think, really emphasized on things -- and, maybe at the least, I would -- that somebody would want to read a book; and those are an amazing plot, a well-thought start, thrill, adventure, action, terror, violence, love, hate, horror, joy, sorrow, a superb climax -- and almost every darn thing that would make a book a legend of the century, that had never been written until now, and which would be remembered for many ages of lives. This made The Lord of the Rings -- a legend worth remembering for a long, long time; JRR Tolkiens most marvelous and precious gift to the Society of Bookworms.
Obviously, I knew nothing of it until I saw the motion picture inspired from it; for I just entered the reading society and maybe what some would call a teenager in books. Just like the movie, the story is also divided in three parts: Fellowship Of The Ring, The Two Towers, and Return Of The King. From what I know, the three stories were combined and published in a single book, and was named Lord Of The Rings. Also, as told in the prelude of the book, there were, I think, one or two books written before this; and for as much as I know, The Hobbit was one of them.
I simply loved the book. I could not even imagine what made him write this book, but its an amazing creation. So much of skill and hard work has been put in this book, which cannot be denied, even if you take it for granted. The characters have been well put and have fitted their roles. Each and every character has some place in this story; and had they been not there, it wouldnt have made such a great story. Although, some of my favorite lead roles were:
Aragorn (The Strider) son of Arathorn -- Dunedain` of Westerneese -- Elessar (an elf-friend) the heir of Isildur son of Elendil -- Anduril Bearer (the Sword of Elendil that cut the ring finger of the Dark Lord) -- the mighty King of the Middle-Earth and of its capital, Gondor.
Frodo Baggins of the Shire, the Lord of Hobbits -- the Ringbearer.
Samwise The Brave Gamgee son of Gaffer Gamgee -- Gardener of Frodo -- the Master Hobbit -- the Ringbearers True Friend.
Gandalf The White Greyham, the Lord of Wizards -- the White Rider, Friend and a Well-wisher of the Middle-Earth, the Wise Mithrandir.
Riders of Rohan, the Horse Lords, Allies and Friends of the Gondor, The Soldiers of the Middle-Earth, the Eorlingas, men of the race of Eorl The Young.
And Many Others.
My suggestion to you would be that you must read this phenomenon piece of art.
Love,
Shanu.
