Hello dear friends and mouth shut members today I want to share my personal experience in lord’s hotel, Mansarovar park so friends recently I visited into this hotel and there is no customer handling there at all, I have been waiting for 1 hour but no one came to me and ask anything about what should I want and the reception is busy on phone they doesn’t have enough time to attend the customers so zero customer handling there and the quality of rooms provided by them is very bad as the room’s are very small and the features I got in this room is not that good because AC with non working condition and the TV which I get is very small one and not LED TV at all and the bed sheets are not properly clean and the floor is also so dusty the room quality is very bad and the food the provide is also very bad as the taste of food is not good at all but the charges for food and room is very high as compared to other hotels so please don’t go into this hotel. thank you
