Very bad service from essentialmall.ae

Very bad service. They deliver the item in UAE via emirates post, so no tracking system. It’s been 20 days since I did the purchase and I haven’t received the item yet. No reply from their customer care from last 5 days.


They don’t have any contact number in UAE. So please be aware before making any purchase.
