I bought loreal total repair 5 from a store nearby and started using it but I was never satisfied with it I was always left with frizzy and dry hair .they totally became unmanagable and rough. it barely works for my splitends and roughness even after applying the conditioner my hair are rough and not soft at all it claims it cure even hairfall but that too didn’t work for me I would definitely not use it again or recommend it for anyone their are really better options available which u can try
