The kajal we can say the best kajal when it is smudge free but when recently I used this kajal lower part of my eye became dark. This looks ugly when we are in the public place. If it takes the money than it should be smudge free so that our eyes looks beautiful the whole day. If you want smudge free kajal than don’t try to use it.
