My sister did a course through this university. they have official center in our city. It maybe is providing good education at campus but it study center across nation aren’t worth any effort/money/time/resources.
My sister already passed the examination 6 months ago and still didn’t received her certificate. email them. contact center multiple times. Centre forward query to LPU and there is same reply of wait. even school state boards provide certificates faster than this so claimed professional university.
Their website completely sucks. it takes time to load even when I was using 2mbps[300KBps+ ] net connection.
at few occasions didn’t let my sister logged into the website to check the status. Website is on bad server. I am a webmaster and my own site monthly receive over 21 lakh visitors and its on VPS. anyone can see what kind of web host [server] they are using.
Now time of shock: course content unavailable wow. notified to them and after few days it started to show course and subjects n again various important files not available. Again they provided it after few days. Centre provided not much information . classes weren’t of professional nature [hardly of 40[minutes] .
Notes they provided had content directly taken from Wikipedia and some other sites they mentioned at last page[source] of every chapter. wow! There was no clarity about when exams gonna happen. Suddenly a day they provide date sheet. Then removed it. Then a new date sheet appeared.
Then came the roll-no drama. Assignment drama is worth mention: it wastes students money. Students have to give assignment and spiral bound each assignment. Spiral bound 1 copy took 25rs and had to be made of each subject and costed 400rs extra.
They copy IGNOU but they don’t have the quality of IGNOU. Exam happened in the same center where my sister enrolled. They have a flying squad which caught heavy cheating in nearby city-center and cancelled its registration.
They have even applied cam technology to catch any kind of cheating and my friend who is pursuing course through the LPU ran cheat-sheets this time and center was quite supportive. wow. Centers come and go and the process of cheating continuous. New centers are always conscious. they have good courses: good study content yet clearly lack professionalism.
Website structure is quite bad, database bad, servers bad. Information clearance bad. High course fees.
Almost deserve half star out of 5. These kinds of universities sell degree and certificates and many other universities fall into the same category.
